Appeals Process

Under the Education Act parents have the right to appeal, to an independent appeal panel, against the decision not to offer your child a place at the Academy for September 2025.

Alternatively one can be collected from the Academy Secondary School Reception Desk, or one can be sent out. Please contact the Admissions Department - 0208 461 9240.

Completed forms can be emailed to the Admissions Administrator, knightsadmissions@habstrustsouth.org.uk.

Secondary, Post 16 and In-Year Appeals will be heard by an independent Appeals Panel within 30 school days of the appeal being received.
