Appeals Process

UNDER THE EDUCATION ACT, Parents have the right to appeal, to an independent appeal panel, against the decision not to offer your child a place at the Academy for September 2022.

The appeals form is available by clicking the link below.

Alternatively one can be collected from the Academy Secondary School Reception Desk, or one can be sent out. Please contact the Admissions Department - 0208 461 9240.

Completed forms can be emailed to the Admissions Administrator, t.warren@haaf.org.uk.

Appeals will be heard June/July 2022

Deadline for Secondary transfer appeals:  28th March 2022

Secondary, Post 16 and In-Year Appeals will be heard by an independent Appeals Panel within 30 school days of the appeal being received.
