The Aims of Mathematics:
To promote enjoyment and enthusiasm for learning through practical activity, exploration and discussion;
to promote confidence and competence with numbers and the number system;
to understand the importance of Mathematics in everyday life.
Assessment Make up
There are six terms and pupils will be learning a number of different things each term.
Key Stage 4
We provide Mathematics curriculum according to the needs of pupils.
We have 3 different courses running:
- B1/B2/B3/G1/G2: Higher GCSE Statistics and Higher Linear GCSE Mathematics
- B4/G3: Higher Linear GCSE Mathematics
- B5/G4: Foundation Linear GCSE Mathematics
